Lane Partners has assembled over 25 acres of functionally obsolete warehouse space and vacant land for the purpose of creating a Class A office and/or life science campus. We are envisioning revitalization of the current area to create a pedestrian experience complete with open space, streetscape improvements, and retail - all accessible to public transit.
A proposed Amenities Building at the south-west corner of the site offers retail opportunities to the public and creates an inviting gateway to the project. The arrangement of pedestrian walkways connect all buildings to each other, to on-site car and bicycle parking areas, to the central open space and campus amenities, and to the off-site pedestrian and bicycle network.
Pedestrian connectivity will be enhanced along the north side of Tanforan Avenue providing safe and convenient access from the neighborhood to the proposed retail amenities, BART and the Centennial Trail.
An incredible location within steps of the San Bruno BART Station and less than 3/4 mile to the San Bruno Caltrain Station. The project is also adjacent to the soon to be renovated Shops at Tanforan Mall and the San Bruno Towne Center.
We’ve submitted our formal planning application and are awaiting feedback and comments from the city. We look forward to scheduling our first public community meeting shortly thereafter.
